De productie van Eromesmarko bestaat uit de afdelingen Metaal, Spuiterij, Montage en Logistiek. Voor de afdeling metaal zijn wij op zoek naar CNC Operator voor onze twee buislaser snijmachines. Wat houdt deze functie in? Wie zijn wij? Wij zijn Eromesmarko, dé Nederlandse inrichter van toekomstbestendige leer- en werkomgevingen. Als onderdeel van de Fair Furniture Group maken wij samen met onze zusterbedrijven circulair meubilair voor het onderwijs - van innovatieve grondstof tot complete inrichting, 100% made in NL. Vanuit onze locaties in Wijchen, Hoogeveen, Emmen en Breda bedienen wij klanten in Nederland, België, Duitsland en Engeland. In onze productieomgeving speelt de afdeling Metaal een belangrijke rol. Als CNC operator buislaser snijmachine zorg jij ervoor dat metalen onderdelen met behulp van de buislaser nauwkeurig worden samengesteld tot sterke, kwalitatieve producten. Je werk heeft direct invloed op de kwaliteit van onze meubels en daarmee op de leeromgevingen die wij realiseren voor scholen, onderwijsinstellingen en bibliotheken. CNC operator buislaser snijmachine In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van twee buislasersnijmachines van het merk Adige (BLM Group). Je voorziet de machines met behulp van een bovenloopkraan van bundels buis, roept de juiste programma's op aan de hand van de planning en bewaakt het snijproces. Daarbij controleer je de producten op kwaliteit en programmeer je nieuwe producten wanneer dat nodig is. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de machines in goede staat blijven en help je bij het lossen van vrachtwagens die buismateriaal aanleveren. Ook krijg je de mogelijkheid om het bedienen van de buigbuismachines te leren en jezelf technisch verder te ontwikkelen.
