De CNC-programma's en instelprocedures zijn al beschikbaar. Het gaat om iemand die zelfstandig machines kan instellen, ombouwen en de productie kan ondersteunen. Wat ga je doen? - Zelfstandig CNC-freesmachines instellen en ombouwen volgens vastgelegde procedures. - Gereedschappen wisselen en gereedschapscorrecties uitvoeren. - Onbewerkte en bewerkte producten controleren en meten volgens vastgestelde meetprocedures. - Robotcellen bevoorraden met producten. - Bij storingen of afwijkingen de machine stoppen en de leidinggevende of technische dienst inschakelen. Wat zoeken wij? - Mbo-3 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting, óf minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring als CNC-operator of CNC-insteller. - Ervaring met het instellen en ombouwen van CNC-freesmachines. - Iemand die nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk werkt. - Interesse in een moderne, geautomatiseerde productieomgeving. Wat bieden wij? - Een bruto maandsalaris van € 3.000 tot € 3.400, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring. - Een fulltime functie van 38 uur per week. - Werken met CNC-freesmachines en geautomatiseerde robotcellen. - Een afwisselende functie binnen een productiebedrijf dat zich richt op serieproductie van metalen en kunststof onderdelen. Over Grimach Grimach B.V. is gevestigd in Nieuw-Vennep en gespecialiseerd in seriematige productie van metalen en kunststof onderdelen en complete samenstellingen.
