Wil jij aan de slag als CNC-operator in daguren in de regio Lier?

Ben jij technisch aangelegd en heb je interesse in de aluminiumsector? Dan is deze functie als CNC-operator in de regio Lier een mooie uitdaging voor jou. Je ontvangt een aantrekkelijk uurloon vanaf €18 per uur, afhankelijk van je ervaring en technische kennis. Daarnaast werk je in een stabiel dagrooster en geniet je van 12 ADV-dagen per jaar. Na een succesvolle interim-periode is er bovendien een mooie kans op een vast contract.

Wat houdt de functie in als CNC-operator?

Je start je werkdag om 07.00 uur in het atelier in Lier. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces vlot, efficiënt en volgens de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen verloopt. Afhankelijk van je ervaring, technische kennis en interesses word je ingezet aan een CNC-bewerkingsmachine of zaagmachine. Daarnaast kan je ondersteunen bij verschillende logistieke taken binnen het bedrijf.

Je werkt dagelijks met aluminium profielen en onderdelen en voert nauwkeurige kwaliteitscontroles uit op de afgewerkte producten. Dankzij een uitgebreide opleiding op de werkvloer leer je de verschillende machines, productieprocessen en interne werkwijzen snel kennen. Zo krijg je alle kansen om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen en jezelf te ontwikkelen binnen een stabiele en professionele werkomgeving.

Om 15.30 uur zit je werkdag erop. Zo heb je elke dag nog volop tijd voor jezelf en geniet je van een mooie balans tussen werk en privé.

Je beschikt over een technische achtergrond, bijvoorbeeld via een TSO3-opleiding of door relevante ervaring en interesse in techniek. Daarnaast heb je al een eerste kennis van CNC-machines opgebouwd. Je werkt graag samen met collega’s en hecht belang aan stiptheid en het nakomen van afspraken. Omdat we sterk inzetten op opleiding en ontwikkeling, zoeken we iemand die op lange termijn mee wil groeien binnen het bedrijf en op zoek is naar stabiliteit.
