Cnc Operator - Eeklo

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de bediening van volgende CNC-gestuurde machines: - Plasma en/of autogeen snijmachine - Gemechaniseerd ontbramen van stalen platen - Ficep brand-/boormachine - CNC boren
  • Je bedient ook de rolbrug en halfportaalkraan en rijdt met een reachtruck.
  • Je kan planlezen en past zelf uw programma aan.
  • Je controleert de programma’s op fouten en verbeteringen.
  • Je controleert en registreert de afgewerkte stukken.
  • Je zoekt kwaliteitsverbeteringen, stelt deze voor en werkt deze uit.
  • Je wordt flexibel ingezet op meerdere machines en aanverwante taken.
  • Bovenal zorg je dat jij en je collega’s ten allen tijde veilig werken.

PROFIEL

  • Je bent een kwaliteitsbewuste operator met technische affiniteit.
  • Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar praktische ervaring met CNC-gestuurde machines, bij voorkeur in de metaalsector.
  • Je beschikt over een goed ruimtelijk inzicht.
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Ervaring met zuurstof- en plasmasnijden of verspanende bewerkingen in metaal is een plus.
  • Je bent gefocust op uw eigen veiligheid en dat van de collega’s.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands of vlot Engels met een notie Nederlands.
  • Je kan goed overweg met computer, smartphone en tablet.
  • Je bent bereid om in twee of occasioneel drie ploegen te werken.
