Functie

Kort en bondig: je zorgt er voor dat een aantal grote en belangrijke productiemachines draaien. Je bent een belangrijke schakel in de productie van ons meubilair.

Op basis van het CNC-programma en de tekening van je collega, zorg je dat de houten planken correct op de CNC-machine komen en bewerk je die. Je maakt wat aanpassingen aan het programma als je merkt dat het eindproduct niet de kwaliteit geeft die je verlangt.

Na de middag bespreek je snel even met je leidinggevende over de verandering in de planning. Een belangrijk stuk moet deze week nog af. Je neemt de werkbon erbij en gaat aan de kantenlijmer aan de slag. Je bent trots als je ziet hoe goed je de panelen aan elkaar verwerkt hebt. De klant zal zeker tevreden zijn met je werk. Op het eind van de dag zorg je dat je werkbank er proper bij ligt en gaat voldaan naar huis.

Profiel

Wat zoeken we in onze nieuwe collega CNC operator:

  • Je hebt een diploma hout of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je werkt al een 5-tal jaar met een CNC- machine en wil ook op andere machines werken. Kennis van Woodwop is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent zelfstandig en werkt resultaatgericht en nauwkeurig.
  • Je kan om met planning en deadlines. Als je merkt dat er een wiel afrolt, roep je hulp in.
