Als CNC Operator zorg jij dat onderdelen in één keer goed uit de machine komen. Je werkt met moderne CNC-machines en maakt producten waar echt precisie voor nodig is. Ervaring? Mooi. Nog niet? Dan leer je het hier! Je nieuwe baan Wat ga je allemaal doen? In deze functie draait alles om het maken van nauwkeurige onderdelen met CNC-machines. Het werk is afwisselend en vraagt om technisch inzicht. Van het instellen van de machine tot het controleren van het eindproduct: het hele proces ligt in eigen handen. Er is veel ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en verbeteringen door te voeren in het productieproces. De werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Instellen, bedienen en bijsturen van CNC-machines; - Bewerken van metalen onderdelen volgens technische tekeningen; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles met meetgereedschappen; - Oplossen van kleine storingen en uitvoeren van basisonderhoud; - Ombouwen van machines voor nieuwe productieruns; - Meedenken over verbeteringen in het productie- en bewerkingsproces.

Door de jaren heen hebben ze zich enorm ontwikkeld. Ze houden de trends en ontwikkelingen op het gebied van sloten goed in de gaten. Hierdoor investeren ze ook graag in het machinepark. Er heerst een erg gezellige sfeer in het bedrijf, waardoor jij met open armen wordt ontvangen.
