The posting

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken van freesprogramma’s voor 2, 3 of 5-assige CNC-verspaning, vertrekkende van 3D-tekeningen via CAM-software. Daarnaast laat je deze programma’s postprocessen en zorg je voor het laden en lossen van werkstukken op de CNC-werktafel. Je start je eigen CNC-programma’s op aan de machine en volgt het productieproces op.

Een gemiddelde werkdag bestaat uit het analyseren van technische tekeningen, het optimaliseren van freesstrategieën voor verschillende materialen, het zorgvuldig aanmaken en starten van CNC-programma’s, en het bewaken van de kwaliteit en levertijden. Je werkt planmatig en houdt rekening met de variabele werklast. Flexibiliteit in uren is daarbij belangrijk.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding in Mechanica, productie-automatisering, CNC of CAM, of productiegestuurde vormingstechnieken (min. professionele bachelor of 7de jaar met ervaring).
  • Je hebt ervaring met freestechnologieën, CNC-freesmachines en CAM-programmatie.
  • Je kan werken met verschillende materiaalsoorten (alu, kunststof, hout, gietijzer,...).
  • Je kiest steeds de meest economische freesstrategie.
  • Kennis van Heidenhain sturing, 5-assige verspaning en gereedschapwissel is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig, ook met organische vormen.
  • Je organiseert je werk planmatig en respecteert levertijden.
  • Je bent polyvalent, leergierig en bereid om na opleiding collega's te ondersteunen.
  • Je bent flexibel in werkuren.
  • Je neemt initiatief en bent gericht op vooruitgang.
