FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij een ervaren CNC-frezer met technisch inzicht? Zoek je een functie waarin je meer doet dan enkel machines bedienen en waarin je een belangrijke rol speelt binnen het productieproces? Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou!

Voor een innovatieve onderneming gespecialiseerd in de productie van hoogwaardige mallen, matrijzen en prototypes zoeken wij een CNC Operator / Frezer.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Zelfstandig opstellen, uitlijnen en bewerken van grote werkstukken op CNC-freesmachines.
  • Instellen van machines en uitvoeren van basisprogrammatie aan de machinebesturing.
  • Voorbereiden van machines, opspanningen en gereedschappen zodat CAM-programma's efficiënt kunnen worden uitgevoerd.
  • Ondersteunen van de CAM-programmeurs en meedenken over een vlotte productieplanning.
  • Uitvoeren van eerstelijnsonderhoud aan de machines.
  • Mee zorgen voor een efficiënte werking van de productie, inclusief het tijdig voorbereiden van nachtprogramma's.
  • Waken over kwaliteit, veiligheid en een nette werkplek.

PROFIEL Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd (Mechanica, CNC of gelijkwaardig) of beschikt over relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met CNC-frezen en werkt zelfstandig.
  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en werkt planmatig.
  • Je bent een teamspeler die collega's graag ondersteunt.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Ervaring met Heidenhain-sturing, 5-assige freesmachines of verschillende materialen zoals aluminium, kunststof en staal is een sterke troef.
