Werk je graag nauwkeurig met hout en machines? Als CNC-operator maak je panelen op maat voor onder andere meubels, displays en technische toepassingen, met veel aandacht voor afwerking en kwaliteit.

  • Je bedient en stelt een CNC-freesmachine correct in.
  • Je leest technische plannen en vertaalt deze naar de juiste machine-instellingen.
  • Je volgt het freesproces nauwkeurig op en grijpt in wanneer bijsturing nodig is.
  • Je controleert afmetingen, vormen en afwerking van de geproduceerde panelen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat elk stuk voldoet aan de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Je voert klein en preventief onderhoud uit aan de machine.
  • Je houdt je werkpost ordelijk en veilig.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar stemt regelmatig af met collega’s in het atelier.
  • Je hebt ervaring in houtbewerking, meubelmakerij, CNC of een gelijkaardige technische omgeving.
  • Heb je nog weinig CNC-ervaring, maar wel een goede basis in houtbewerking? Dan kom je zeker ook in aanmerking.
  • Je kunt technische plannen lezen en hebt een goed ruimtelijk inzicht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail en afwerking.
  • Je bent technisch aangelegd en leert graag bij.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor je machine en productie.
  • Ervaring met Biesse, Homag, WoodWOP of CAD-CAM is een mooie troef, maar geen vereiste.
  • Ervaring als meubelmaker of machinaal houtbewerker is eveneens een pluspunt.
