FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Onze klant, een gevestigde speler in de meubelindustrie regio Essen, is gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen en produceren van kwalitatieve massief houten meubelen. Dankzij jarenlange expertise, vakmanschap en een sterke focus op kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid, blijft dit bedrijf groeien. Ter versterking van het team zijn wij op zoek naar een CNC Operator.

Als CNC operator kom je terecht in de productieafdeling en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en opvolgen van CNC-gestuurde machines. Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Bedienen en instellen van CNC-machines in de houtbewerking
  • Opvolgen van het volledige productieproces en bewaken van de kwaliteit
  • Aanvoer van grondstoffen en gereedschappen en afvoer van afgewerkte stukken
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op zowel kleine als grote series
  • Zorgen voor orde, netheid en veiligheid aan je werkpost
  • Ondersteuning bieden in de productie waar nodig

PROFIEL

Wie zoeken wij? Voor deze functie zoeken we een gemotiveerde kandidaat met een passie voor hout en techniek:

  • Ervaring met CNC-gestuurde machines of opleiding houtbewerking
  • Kennis van hout en houttechnieken is een sterke troef
  • Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht werken
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar ook een echte teamplayer
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en flexibel inzetbaar
  • Positieve ingesteldheid en resultaatgericht
