Functie

Voor onze klant in Dendermonde, een specialist in metaalbewerking, zoeken wij een gedreven CNC Operator voor een geavanceerde Trumpf-lasersnijmachine. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar kwaliteit en precisie centraal staan en waar je de kans krijgt om met toptechnologie te werken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige snijproces:

  • Je laadt de juiste programma's in en stelt de snijparameters nauwkeurig in.
  • Je bewaakt en finetunet het snijproces om werkstukken van topkwaliteit aan de klant te leveren.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en staat in voor het basisonderhoud van de machines en je werkomgeving.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op de geproduceerde onderdelen.

Profiel

Jouw profiel

  • Kennis: Je beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht en basiskennis van metaalsoorten (materialenkennis).
  • PC-vaardigheden: Basiskennis van PC-gebruik en/of machinesturing is vereist.
  • Ervaring: Ervaring met CNC-gestuurde machines is een sterke meerwaarde; ervaring met Trumpf-lasers is een groot pluspunt.
  • Attitude: Je werkt nauwkeurig, ordelijk en bent leergierig (er wordt een interne opleiding 'on the job' voorzien).
  • Pluspunten: Ervaring met de heftruck is mooi meegenomen. Indien nodig kan een geldig attest via de werkgever behaald worden.
