In onze eigen productieomgeving vervaardigen we met zorg en precisie een breed gamma aan schoolmeubilair: van tafels en stoelen tot banken en andere klasinrichting. Kwaliteit en functionaliteit staan daarbij centraal.

Jouw takenpakket:

Als technisch operator en steller ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en instellen van onze CNC-gestuurde buizenplooimachine en excenterpersen. Wat doe je concreet?

  • Instellen van parameters volgens werkfiche en technische tekeningen.
  • Monteren van de juiste gereedschappen en zorgen voor een correcte afstelling.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles na het plooien van de stukken.
  • Registreren van meetresultaten ter opvolging van de kwaliteit.
  • Meedenken over procesverbeteringen en bijdragen aan een efficiënte productieflow.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met CNC-machines en kan technische plannen lezen (A2/A3 mechanica).
  • Je bent technisch inzichtelijk, nauwkeurig en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je werkt doelgericht en streeft naar een hoogwaardig eindproduct.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en stelt veiligheid altijd voorop.
  • Je bent leergierig en werkt graag samen in team.
