Ben jij technisch aangelegd en heb je ervaring met CNC-machines, aluminium of buitenschrijnwerk? Voor een stabiele onderneming in Erembodegem zoeken we een CNC Operator voor de zaag- en freesafdeling.

Jouw taken als CNC Operator

  • Je wordt een polyvalente medewerker binnen de zaag- en freesafdeling. Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:
  • Instellen en bedienen van verschillende machines.
  • Bedienen en opvolgen van een volautomatische CNC-machine van Schirmer.
  • Bedienen van een freesmachine van Mecall en een CNC-dubbelkopzaag.
  • Opleggen van aluminium profielen op de machines.
  • Afnemen, controleren en ordenen van de verzaagde stukken op de karren voor de montageafdeling.
  • Bedienen van een manuele zaag.
  • Uitvoeren van bijkomende manuele bewerkingen op automatisch verzaagde aluminium profielen.
  • Opvolgen van de zaaglijsten per klant.
  • Overleggen met de werkvoorbereider bij vragen of onduidelijkheden.
  • Stockeren en organiseren van aluminium profielen.
  • Zorgen voor orde en netheid binnen de afdeling.
  • Veilig bedienen en onderhouden van de machines.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring binnen een metaal- of aluminiumverwerkende omgeving.
  • Ervaring met CNC-machines is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht.
  • Je kan werkinstructies correct interpreteren en opvolgen.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor interne en externe opleidingen.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Je bent ordelijk, netjes en draagt zorg voor je werk.
  • Je hebt een stabiel werkverleden en kan een positieve referentie voorleggen
  • Je spreekt heel goed Nederlands
