Wat ga je doen? Als CNC-frezer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige freesproces van kleine reeksen complexe aluminium onderdelen.

Jouw taken bestaan uit:

  • CNC-gestuurde freesmachines zelfstandig instellen en bedienen.
  • CNC-programma's lezen en aanpassen waar nodig.
  • Mechanische plannen interpreteren en nauwkeurig opvolgen.
  • Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren met de juiste meettechnieken.
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen aan het productieproces en de CNC-programma's.
  • Werken met moderne hightech machines in een nette en georganiseerde productieomgeving.

Je levert elke dag nauwkeurig werk af en ziet meteen het resultaat van jouw technische vakkennis.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf hierin:

  • Je hebt een A2-diploma (elektro)mechanica of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met CNC-frezen en metaalbewerking.
  • Je kan mechanische plannen lezen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van meettechnieken.
  • Je bent bereid om CNC-programma's verder te leren kennen of hebt hier al ervaring mee.
  • Je werkt graag in een 2-ploegenstelsel.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Je houdt van kwaliteit, orde en precisiewerk.
