Ben jij een technische krak die liever 's nachts de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Heb je ervaring met CNC-bewerkingen of lasertechnologie en werk je graag zelfstandig? Dan is deze vacature misschien precies wat je zoekt!

Voor een modern en professioneel productiebedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een CNC-operator voor de vaste nachtploeg. Je krijgt een grondige opleiding, werkt met moderne machines en komt terecht in een omgeving waar kwaliteit, vakmanschap en teamwork centraal staan.

Als CNC-operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vlot en nauwkeurig laten verlopen van het productieproces. Je:

  • Bedient verschillende werktuigmachines zoals draaibanken, freesmachines, (kolom)boormachines, laserlas- en slijpmachines, afhankelijk van de afdeling.
  • Voert kwaliteitscontroles uit tijdens het productieproces.
  • Controleert en stelt indien nodig snijgereedschappen en werkstukken bij.
  • Meet afgewerkte stukken nauwkeurig op.
  • Signaleert afwijkingen en zorgt ervoor dat de kwaliteit steeds gegarandeerd blijft.
  • Leert na een interne opleiding zelfstandig machines instellen en omstellen bij productiewissels.
  • Werkt zelfstandig en draagt mee verantwoordelijkheid voor een efficiënte productie.

We zoeken iemand die technisch inzicht combineert met nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding (A2/A3) in mechanica, elektromechanica, werktuigmachines of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring met CNC draaien, frezen, vertanding, slijpen, CNC-slijpen, harddraaien en/of laserlassen.
  • Je hebt een sterk kwaliteitsbewustzijn en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent bereid om in de vaste nachtploeg te werken.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands of Engels.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om nieuwe technieken en machines aan te leren.
