Functie

Jouw nieuwe werkgever is een gekende speler binnenin de natuursteensector. In hun eigen atelier worden grote blokken natuursteen met de nodige machines en handafwerking vervaardigt tot sierlijke schoorstenen, designer tafelbladen of keukentabletten, tegels, ... .

Als CNC operator / programmeur / insteller speel jij een zeer belangrijke rol in dit ambachtelijk proces en krijg jij een veelzijdig en uitdagend takenpakket.

Je takenpakket als operator / programmeur, zal er als volgt uitzien:

  • Als CNC operator zal je worden ingezet in het atelier waar natuursteen wordt vervaardigd tot afgewerkte elementen.
  • Je haalt plaatmateriaal aan met behulp van rolbruggen.
  • Je zal instaan voor het besturen van een 3- en 5- assige CNC - gestuurde machines dewelke platen verzaagt en freest. Dit gebeurt via de computer.
  • Met behulp van AutoCad of een CadCam software, pas je tekeningen aan om deze nadien door te sturen naar de machine in kwestie (zaagmachine/waterjet)
  • Vooraleer de machine van start gaat, controleer je natuurlijk nogmaals het materiaal en het geselecteerde programma. Dan is het tijd om de machine zijn werk te laten doen!
  • Je controleert, start en monitort de machines
  • Eens de machine gedaan heeft, controleer je de objecten waarna deze handmatig verder afgewerkt zullen worden door je collega's

ProfielWat je in huis hebt:

  • Bij voorkeur heb je een eerste relevante ervaring met CNC-gestuurde machines
  • Je hebt een goede (basis-)kennis AutoCad en/of CadCam
  • Je bent gemotiveerd, hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin, hebt technisch inzicht en bent probleemoplossend ingesteld
  • Je geraakt dagelijks tot in Hulshout
  • Je kan communiceren in het Nederlands
