  • Machines instellen op basis van de instructies en specificaties vermeld op het bewerkingsblad
  • Controleren van de snijkwaliteit en tijdig vervangen van versleten of beschadigde gereedschappen
  • Uitvoeren van machine-instellingen en ombouwwerkzaamheden volgens de productievereisten
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op afgewerkte onderdelen aan de hand van de productiebon
  • Onderdelen handmatig opmeten en controleren aan de hand van de voorgeschreven toleranties op de technische tekening
  • Herkennen en onderscheiden van de verschillende bewerkingen die op de onderdelen worden uitgevoerd
  • Bewerkt materiaal correct verpakken en identificeren volgens de gegevens op de productiebon
  • Veilig en ordelijk stapelen van afgewerkte producten op palletten
  • Meetresultaten nauwkeurig registreren en verwerken via Excel op het digitale meetblad
  • Instaan voor een nette, georganiseerde en veilige werkpost
  • Naleven van de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften en werkprocedures
  • Uitvoeren van klein preventief onderhoud aan de machines, waaronder het vervangen van zagen, boren, mallen en klemgereedschappen
  • Een CNC-opleiding of technische achtergrond vormt een sterke basis
  • Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste; ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters komen in aanmerking
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en interesse in verspanende technieken
  • Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk kunnen werken
