Wat ga je doen? Om ervoor te zorgen dat onze klanten werken met producten van de hoogste kwaliteit, hebben wij jou nodig. Jij bent degene die deze gereedschappen maakt.

- Na een gedegen inwerkperiode bouw je onze hightech CNC-machines op - Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste programma’s en data correct worden ingelezen - Je keurt het eerste product volledig (100%) goed voordat de productie start - Tijdens het productieproces bewaak je de kwaliteit en voer je tussentijdse controles en correcties uit - De machines doen het seriewerk; jij zorgt dat alles optimaal blijft draaien - Naast je productietaken ondersteun je collega’s en werk je nauw samen binnen het team - Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en draagt bij aan continue verbetering

Wat bieden wij? - Wekelijkse betaling van je salaris. 15,98 bruto/uur exclusief 112% ploegentoeslag en ADV - 8% vakantietoeslag en 27 verlofdagen (op fulltime basis), - Directe deelname aan de pensioenregeling - Persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Gedurende je contract heb je toegang tot een online platform met diverse trainingen en cursussen.

Waar ga je werken? Bij dit bedrijf in de regio Venlo kom je samen te werken met plus minus 130 collega's. Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in producten van metalen snijgereedschappen. Dit wordt in verschillende sectoren toegepast zoals in de luchtvaart, automotive, windenergie en nog veel meer andere sectoren.

Wat vragen wij? - Nauwkeurigheid en een proactieve houding zijn belangrijk. - Ben jij daarnaast in het bezit van een technische opleiding dan is dit een pré! - Daarnaast is samenwerking maar ook zelfstandig werken van belang. - Bij voorkeur spreek je de Nederlandse taal anders beheers je vloeiend Engels.
