The posting

Een technische tekening interpreteren, de juiste bewerking bepalen en een stuk nauwkeurig afwerken: jij weet dat goed metaalwerk in de details zit. Voor een technisch familiebedrijf zoeken we een CNC-insteller / metaalbewerker die ervaring heeft met metaalbewerking en sterk is in planlezen. Je werkt aan onderdelen voor onder andere waterkrachtinstallaties, waterzuivering en elektromechanische toepassingen.

Je werkt aan verschillende metalen onderdelen en voert uiteenlopende bewerkingen uit. Concreet:

  • Uitvoeren van boor-, ruim-, verzink-, tap- en freesbewerkingen.
  • Instellen van toerentallen en voedingen op basis van technische tekeningen.
  • Werken met conventionele machines.
  • Onderdelen nauwkeurig meten met schuifmaat, rolmeter en andere meetinstrumenten.
  • Afmetingen, vormen en toleranties controleren.
  • Afwijkingen en fouten corrigeren.
  • Uitvoeren van verschillende afwerkingsbewerkingen.
  • Kwaliteit controleren gedurende het volledige proces.
  • Stukwerk en variatie zorgen ervoor dat je technische inzicht dagelijks wordt aangesproken.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een familiebedrijf met een lange geschiedenis, actief sinds 1930. Vanuit West-Vlaanderen groeide het bedrijf uit tot een gespecialiseerde speler in onder meer:

  • Vijzelpompen en waterkrachtvijzels.
  • Waterzuiveringsinstallaties.
  • Elektromechanische uitrusting voor bruggen, sluizen en stuwen.
  • Technische oplossingen voor duurzame en milieuvriendelijke projecten.

Je werkt dus mee aan installaties die een duidelijke technische en maatschappelijke toepassing hebben. Je beschikt over:

  • Ervaring als CNC-insteller
  • Ervaring binnen de metaalsector.
  • Een technische opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Een goede kennis van technische plannen.
  • Ervaring met conventionele machines en stukwerk.
  • Planlezen is geen extraatje, maar een belangrijke voorwaarde voor deze functie.
