Wat ga je doen?

Als CNC Programmeur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het programmeren, instellen en optimaliseren van CNC-machines. Je zorgt ervoor dat onderdelen nauwkeurig, efficiënt en volgens technische specificaties geproduceerd worden.

• Je maakt en optimaliseert CNC-programma's voor verschillende onderdelen.

  • ull; Je stelt CNC-machines correct in en voert de nodige parameters in.
  • ull; Je leest en interpreteert technische tekeningen en productieplannen.
  • ull; Je bepaalt de juiste bewerkingsvolgorde, gereedschappen en instellingen.
  • ull; Je voert indien nodig aanpassingen uit aan bestaande programma's.
  • ull; Je controleert afgewerkte onderdelen met de juiste meet- en controlemiddelen.
  • ull; Je waakt over de kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid van het productieproces.
  • ull; Je analyseert technische problemen en zoekt naar een gepaste oplossing.
  • ull; Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en optimalisaties.
  • ull; Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen productie, engineering en kwaliteit.

We zoeken een technisch talent met een passie voor CNC-techniek en precisiewerk.

• Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of beschikt over relevante ervaring binnen CNC-verspaning of metaalbewerking.
