Bij HEADHUNTER.Vlaanderen hebben we een samenwerking met verschillende bedrijven die actief zijn in de ruime bouw sector met o.a. kabel & leiding technieken, wegenwerken, civiele werken, spoorwegen en gebouwen maar ook bouwmaterialen, automatisatie processen & scheepsherstellingen.

Voor onze klant in de Westhoek van Vlaanderen zijn we op zoek naar een CNC & Nesting programmeur die de technische tekeningen gaat vertalen naar efficiënte, nauwkeurige en foutloze productie-aansturingen.

Je programmeert de CNC‑machines, opdeel zaag en Nesting installaties zodanig dat elk onderdeel optimaal wordt geproduceerd en het volledige project via de correcte workflow doorheen de productie loopt.

In deze rol vorm je de cruciale schakel tussen het detailbureau en de productieafdeling, met een directe impact op kwaliteit, doorlooptijd en procesbetrouwbaarheid.

Je rapporteert aan de productieleiding en werkt nauw samen met het detailbureau, de werkvoorbereiding en de operatoren in de schrijnwerkerij.

  • Analyseren van technische tekeningen en productiedossiers om alle benodigde informatie correct te interpreteren.
  • Omzetten naar CNC‑programma’s, zaagstaten en nestingplannen die foutloos en efficiënt kunnen worden uitgevoerd.
  • Bepalen van de juiste productieroutes zodat elk onderdeel het correcte traject doorheen de productie volgt.
  • Optimaliseren van materiaalgebruik en productie-efficiëntie via Nesting software en CNC‑sturing.
  • Afstemmen met het detailbureau bij onduidelijkheden, afwijkingen of technische problemen.
  • Opstellen en beheren van digitale productie-instructies voor een duidelijke en uniforme werkvloer communicatie.
  • Ondersteunen van operatoren bij de opstart en uitvoering van CNC‑programma’s.
  • Continu verbeteren van processen, werkmethodes, productieflow en standaardisatie.
  • Technisch diploma
  • Technisch inzicht in houtbewerking en maatwerk schrijnwerk.
  • Ervaring met CNC-sturing en Nesting software is leuk meegenomen
  • Kennis van CAD/CAM-pakketten en ERP-productieroutings is een pluspunt.
  • Oog voor detail, nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteitsbewustzijn.
  • Analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Communicatief sterk, in staat om te schakelen tussen bureau en werkvloer.
  • Gestructureerd en resultaatgericht werken met oog voor deadlines.
