Met 70 jaar ervaring en een team van 50 specialisten adviseren en begeleiden zij klanten bij de keuze van materialen en productiemethodes. Dankzij een uitgebreid gamma aan kunststoffen en een modern machinepark kunnen zowel eenvoudige als complexe projecten gerealiseerd worden. De bewerkingsmogelijkheden omvatten zagen, lasersnijden, CNC-frezen, polijsten, buigen, verlijmen en assemblage. Daarnaast biedt onze klant vacuümvormen aan, een efficiënte productiemethode voor middelgrote en grote oplages. Matrijzen worden in eigen werkplaats gefreesd, waardoor klanten één aanspreekpunt hebben voor het volledige proces. Van ontwerp en advies tot productie en levering staat kwaliteit centraal. Dankzij een ruime voorraad kunststoffen kunnen projecten snel en flexibel uitgevoerd worden.

Wat zal je job inhouden?

Ben jij een ervaren CNC-programmeur met een passie voor precisiewerk en techniek? Dan hebben wij een uitdagende functie voor jou! Als CNC-programmeur combineer je programmeren, instellen en bedienen van CNC-freesmachines met kwaliteitscontrole en procesoptimalisatie. Je werkt met zowel 3-assige als 5-assige CNC-freesmachines en krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen binnen het productieproces. Zoek je een gevarieerde job waarin jouw technische kennis écht het verschil maakt? Dan ben jij misschien de CNC-programmeur die wij zoeken.

Als CNC-programmeur sta je onder andere in voor:

  • Programmeren via CAD/CAM en aansturen van 3-assige en 5-assige CNC-freesmachines.
  • Correct instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van de CNC-freesmachines.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op afgewerkte stukken en bewaken van de productkwaliteit.
  • Samenwerken met collega's van productie en engineering en meedenken over optimalisaties binnen het productieproces.

Wat zoeken we?

  • Je hebt minstens enkele jaren ervaring als CNC-programmeur, CNC-operator of in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je hebt uitgebreide ervaring met CAD/CAM-programma's.
  • Je bent technisch sterk en hebt een creatieve ingesteldheid.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht mee.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en resultaatgericht.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
