Als CNC-programmeur en insteller werk je niet aan eindeloze reeksen zonder uitdaging, maar bereid je complexe en nauwkeurige onderdelen van A tot Z voor. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, bij te leren en trots te zijn op het resultaat dat dankzij jouw voorbereiding tot leven komt. En op vrijdag? Dan wordt de werkweek samen afgesloten met een drankje.

Wat ga je doen? Jij zorgt ervoor dat een technisch ontwerp verandert in een perfect afgewerkt onderdeel. Van het interpreteren van de tekening tot het programmeren, instellen en controleren: jij hebt een belangrijke invloed op het volledige productieproces. Wat je zoal doet:

  • Je leest technische 2D-tekeningen en vertaalt deze naar een efficiënte bewerkingsaanpak
  • Je bepaalt de juiste snijgereedschappen, opspanningen en draaistrategieën
  • Je programmeert CNC-draai- en draaifreesmachines in ISO
  • Je programmeert machines offline en stelt ze nauwkeurig in
  • Je werkt met zowel langdraaiers als kortdraaiers
  • Je produceert proefstukken en testbatches en stuurt bij wanneer nodig
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid van de afgewerkte onderdelen
  • Je denkt mee over slimmere bewerkingen en efficiëntere productiemethoden
  • Je krijgt de kans om je verder te verdiepen in CAD/CAM-programmering

Waar ga je werken? Onze klant is een gespecialiseerd en groeiend productiebedrijf dat complexe precisieonderdelen vervaardigt in metaal en kunststof. De onderdelen zijn vaak klein, maar de technische uitdaging erachter is groot. Dankzij de kleinschalige structuur werk je nauw samen met ervaren collega’s en betrokken zaakvoerders die zelf mee op de werkvloer staan.

Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving waarin vakkennis wordt gedeeld, initiatief wordt gewaardeerd en je de kans krijgt om technisch sterker te worden. Geen anonieme fabriek, maar een team waarin jouw werk zichtbaar is en jouw expertise mee het verschil maakt.

  • Je volgde een technische opleiding binnen metaal of mechanica of bouwde relevante praktijkervaring op
  • Je hebt ervaring met CNC-draaien, CNC-draaifrezen of CNC-programmering
  • Je kan technische 2D-tekeningen vlot interpreteren
  • Je begrijpt ISO-programma’s en kan deze lezen, aanpassen of zelfstandig opbouwen
  • Je denkt vooruit en kiest bewust de juiste gereedschappen en bewerkingsstrategie
  • Je werkt graag met computers, machines en moderne productietechnieken
  • Kennis van CAD/CAM is een mooie troef, maar je krijgt ook de kans om dit verder te leren
