Wat ga je doen?

Werk met een 5-assige CNC-machine, teken onderdelen in CAD en combineer CNC-werk met andere taken binnen de schrijnwerkerij.

Je komt terecht in een technisch productiebedrijf waar vakmanschap en nauwkeurig maatwerk centraal staan. Binnen de schrijnwerkerij werk je samen met ervaren collega's en krijg je de kans om je CNC-kennis verder uit te bouwen.

Als CNC operator en tekenaar zorg je mee voor een vlotte productie.

Je tekent onderdelen, stelt de CNC-machine correct in en volgt de bewerkingen nauwkeurig op.

Daarnaast ondersteun je bij andere schrijnwerktaken.

Zo krijg je een afwisselende technische functie.

* Je bedient en stelt de 5-assige CNC-machine in.

* Je tekent onderdelen uit met een CAD-programma.

* Je zet technische tekeningen om naar correcte CNC-bewerkingen.

* Je controleert het productieproces en stuurt bij waar nodig.

* Je voert basisonderhoud uit aan de CNC-machine.

* Je stemt de werkzaamheden en planning af met je collega's in het atelier.

* Je werkt samen met andere teams om projecten vlot te laten verlopen.

* Je combineert het CNC-werk met andere taken binnen de schrijnwerkerij.

* Je groeit mee in een team met een vaste CNC-operator en collega's die als back-up kunnen inspringen.

Wie ben jij?

Je hebt ervaring met het bedienen, instellen en programmeren van CNC-machines, of je leerde hiermee werken tijdens je opleiding.

Je hebt ervaring met het ontwerpen en programmeren van onderdelen, bij voorkeur voor natuursteen.

Je kunt werken met Inventor, Easystone, AutoCAD en/of BricsCAD.

Je maakt nauwkeurige technische tekeningen en ontwerpen die klaar zijn voor productie.

Je kunt technische tekeningen correct lezen en interpreteren.

Je hebt een VCA-attest of bent bereid dit voor je opstart te behalen.

Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.

Je kunt planningen opmaken en opvolgen voor het atelier en de buitenteams.

Je communiceert duidelijk en werkt vlot samen met collega's uit verschillende teams.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en bewaakt de kwaliteit tijdens het ontwerp- en productieproces.

Je denkt technisch en vindt snel een praktische oplossing bij problemen of aanpassingen.

Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt tegelijk graag je verantwoordelijkheid binnen het team.

Je bent flexibel en bereid om naast CNC-werk ook andere taken binnen de schrijnwerkerij op te nemen.

- Opleidingsvereisten:

Je volgde een opleiding houtbewerking, schrijnwerkerij of iets gelijkaardig.,

met een specialisatie CNC bediener

- Vakkennis:

Je hebt grondige kennis van CNC-machines en weet hoe je CNC-programma’s moet opstellen, aanpassen en optimaliseren voor productie.
