Voor een sterk groeiende en innovatieve speler in de regio zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven CNC Programmeur / Operator.

Als CNC Programmeur / Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het complete verspaningsproces:

  • Programmeren & Instellen: Je maakt CNC-programma's op basis van technische tekeningen, stelt de machines (draaien en frezen) correct in en bedient ze met behulp van diverse besturingssystemen (o.a. Heidenhain en Brother).
  • Machinemonitoring: Je volgt flexibel en efficiënt meerdere CNC-machines gelijktijdig op tijdens de productierun.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Je voert nauwkeurige kwaliteitsmetingen en stukcontroles uit en waakt er strikt over dat elk onderdeel aan de exacte toleranties voldoet.
  • Offline Programmeren (Pluspunt): Kennis van offline programmering (CAM) is een mooie meerwaarde!

Profiel

Als CNC Programmeur / Operator:

  • Ervaring & Kennis: Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring als CNC-programmeur, CNC-operator of verspaner in een machinebouw-/productieomgeving.
  • Besturingen & Tekeningen: Je kan technische tekeningen feilloos lezen en interpreteren én hebt aantoonbare kennis van Heidenhain en/of Brother sturingen.
  • Eigenschappen: Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig, kwaliteitsgericht en bent flexibel ingesteld om meerdere machines te overzien.
  • Talen: Je spreekt vlot Nederlands OF Engels (internationale/flexibele werkomgeving).
  • Teamspirit: Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert net zo goed als een collegiale teamplayer.
