The posting

BPYP Consultancy begeleidt wervings- en selectieopdrachten. Voor onze klant, een gespecialiseerde familiale technische KMO binnen een internationaal netwerk met zetel in de Noordrand van Brussel (Vlaams-Brabant), zoeken we een CNC Service Technieker voor interventies bij klanten in heel België en Luxemburg.

Het bedrijf verdeelt, installeert en onderhoudt CNC-machines zoals bewerkingscentra, draaibanken, roterende tafels en maatwerkoplossingen, en ondersteunt klanten in diverse industriële sectoren.

Jouw rol

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor technische interventies bij klanten. Je werkt zelfstandig, vertrekt dagelijks met de servicebestelwagen en bent het technische aanspreekpunt voor de gebruikers van CNC-machines.

  • Installatie en indienststelling van CNC-bewerkingsmachines bij klanten
  • Preventief en correctief onderhoud van CNC-machines (frezen, draaien, roterende tafels)
  • Diagnose en herstelling van mechanische, elektrische en elektronische storingen
  • Opleiding en technische ondersteuning van machinegebruikers
  • Opmaak van technische rapporten en correcte administratieve opvolging
  • Beheer van de servicebestelwagen en de voorraad wisselstukken
  • Technische opleiding in elektromechanica, mechatronica, automatisering of gelijkwaardig (A2/bachelor)
  • Ervaring met CNC-machines of vergelijkbare industriële apparatuur is een sterk pluspunt
  • Goede kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit, hydraulica en pneumatiek
  • Basiskennis van PLC-sturingen en CNC-besturingen
  • Rijbewijs B en bereid om dagelijks bij klanten in België en Luxemburg te werken
  • Tweetalig Nederlands/Frans; Engels is een pluspunt (voor technische trainingen)
  • Klantgericht, zelfstandig, analytisch en probleemoplossend
