The posting

Als CNC Service Technieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor technische interventies bij klanten in België en Luxemburg. Je werkt zelfstandig, vertrekt dagelijks met de servicebestelwagen en bent het technische aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers van CNC-machines.

Jouw taken:

  • Installatie en indienststelling van CNC-bewerkingsmachines bij klanten
  • Preventief en correctief onderhoud van CNC-machines (frezen, draaien, roterende tafels)
  • Diagnose en herstelling van mechanische, elektrische en elektronische storingen
  • Opleiding en technische ondersteuning van machinegebruikers
  • Opmaak van technische rapporten en correcte administratieve opvolging
  • Beheer van de servicebestelwagen en de voorraad wisselstukken
  • Technische opleiding: elektromechanica, mechatronica, automatisering of gelijkwaardig (A2/bachelor)
  • Ervaring met CNC-machines of vergelijkbare industriële apparatuur is een sterk pluspunt
  • Goede kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit, hydraulica en pneumatiek
  • Basiskennis van PLC-sturingen en CNC-besturingen
  • Rijbewijs B
  • Bereid om dagelijks bij klanten in België en Luxemburg te werken
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands; Frans en Engels zijn een pluspunt (klantinterventies en technische trainingen)
  • Klantgericht, zelfstandig, analytisch en probleemoplossend
  • Vast contract, voltijds
