De functie Als Slijper bij VDL GL Precision in Eindhoven ben je werkzaam binnen een team van 7 slijpers waar zeer complexe en uitdagende werkstukken van diverse klanten worden geproduceerd. De slijp-afdeling is gespecialiseerd in het volledig produceren van prototypes tot aan (kleine) serieproductie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit het voor- en nabewerking van hoogwaardige mono delen en samenstellingen, daarnaast ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces; van de bewerkingsstrategie, opspanmethodes tot de kwaliteitsbeoordeling. Jouw taken - Programmeren van CNC slijpmachines. - Bepalen van spanmethodes en werkvolgorde. - Opstellen van werkinstructies. - Zelfstandig instellen van de machines en vervaardigen van het product. - Bewaken van de kwaliteit en het treffen van adequate maatregelen indien deze kwaliteit in het gedrang dreigt te komen. - Producten controleren en afwijkingen registreren. - Zorgdragen voor een schone en nette werkplek.
