CNC Specialist | Geef vorm aan precisiewerk tot op de honderdste millimeter Werk jij graag met precisie en haal je voldoening uit een perfect afgewerkt eindresultaat? Dan is dit een job waarin je jouw technische talent volop kan inzetten én verder ontwikkelen.

Je werkt met moderne CNC-machines, krijgt de tijd om kwaliteit af te leveren en bouwt stap voor stap extra expertise op. In een klein team waar iedereen elkaar kent, krijg je vertrouwen, verantwoordelijkheid en alle kansen om te groeien.

Wat ga je doen? Als CNC Programmeur / Insteller speel je een belangrijke rol in de productie van nauwkeurige metalen en kunststof onderdelen. Je combineert technisch inzicht met vakmanschap en zorgt ervoor dat elk stuk perfect wordt afgewerkt.

  • Je stelt CNC-draai- en freesmachines nauwkeurig in
  • Je leest technische plannen en vertaalt deze naar een efficiënte bewerking
  • Je kiest de juiste gereedschappen en bepaalt de meest geschikte bewerkingsstrategie
  • Je programmeert CNC-machines in ISO en krijgt de kans om je verder te verdiepen in CAD/CAM
  • Je voert proefseries uit en stuurt programma's bij waar nodig
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit en maatvoering van de afgewerkte onderdelen
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de productie efficiënt en nauwkeurig verloopt
  • Je denkt mee na over verbeteringen in het productieproces

Door de kleinschalige structuur kent iedereen elkaar en zijn de zaakvoerders dagelijks aanwezig op de werkvloer. Daardoor zijn de communicatielijnen kort, krijg je snel feedback en is er alle ruimte om ideeën aan te brengen.   • Je volgde een opleiding in metaal of hebt relevante praktijkervaring
  • Je kan technische 2D-tekeningen lezen

  • Je kan ISO-programma's lezen of programmeren
  • Kennis van CAD/CAM is een mooie troef of iets waarin je je graag wil verdiepen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en denkt in oplossingen
  • Je voelt je thuis in een technische omgeving en werkt vlot met computers
