Voor onze klant, een toonaangevend bedrijf binnen de houtverwerkende industrie, zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een ervaren CNC-operator met technisch inzicht en een passie voor precisiewerk.

Deze onderneming heeft zich in de afgelopen 60 jaar ontwikkeld tot een vaste waarde binnen de sector, met een sterke reputatie op het vlak van maatwerk en klantgerichte oplossingen. Als CNC-operator kom je terecht in een moderne, goed uitgeruste werkomgeving waar kwaliteit, vakmanschap en oog voor detail centraal staan. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het aansturen van CNC-gestuurde machines voor het vervaardigen van unieke houtconstructies, telkens op maat van het project en de klant.

Beschik je over een technisch diploma en relevante ervaring binnen CNC-gestuurde productieprocessen? Ben je nauwkeurig, oplossingsgericht en flexibel ingesteld? Dan is dit jouw kans om aan de slag te gaan binnen een stabiele, mensgerichte onderneming die inzet op groei, innovatie en vakkennis.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Na een grondige interne opleiding bedien je zelfstandig één of meerdere CNC-machines die worden ingezet bij de productie van gelamelleerde houten spanten
  • Je voert nauwkeurige controles uit op de afgewerkte producten om ervoor te zorgen dat ze voldoen aan de gestelde kwaliteitsnormen
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het basisonderhoud van de machines en denkt proactief mee over mogelijke verbeteringen binnen het productieproces
  • Als onderdeel van een dynamisch productieteam werk je nauw samen met collega’s om de dagelijkse productieplanning succesvol te realiseren
  • Je houdt de voortgang van het productieproces bij en rapporteert hierover rechtstreeks aan de productieverantwoordelijke
  • Je beschikt over een A2 opleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je kan planlezen of staat ervoor open om dit aan te leren
  • Vlot Nederlandstalig omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
