Wie zijn wij?

Wood & Build is een jong, West-Vlaams bedrijf gespecialiseerd in massiefhoutbouw. Vanuit ons moderne atelier in Middelkerke bouwen we mee aan duurzame woningen en gebouwen die volledig op maat worden geproduceerd. Dat doen we met een hecht team waarin iedereen elkaar helpt, verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en trots is op wat we samen realiseren.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

  • ️Bedienen van onze CNC-machine (SCM Area) voor de bewerking van houten wanden en gewelven. De aanvoer gebeurt steeds met een dubbele rolbrug.
  • Programma's bijstellen in functie van de positionering van de stukken.
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit van de afgewerkte onderdelen en afwijkingen signaleren.
  • Uitvoeren van klein onderhoud en technische aanpassingen aan de machines.
  • Vervangen en instellen van snijgereedschappen in de toolbase.
  • Samenwerken met collega's om de productieplanning efficiënt te realiseren.
  • Opleggers klaarmaken voor de werven: wandelen en gewelven laden en vastbinden, en ervoor zorgen dat alles aanwezig is voor een vlotte montage op de werf.
  • Af en toe ga je mee naar de werf en help je bij de montage van onze massiefhouten woningen.

Moet je dit allemaal al kunnen?

Nee. Wij leren je onze machines, onze werkwijze en onze producten stap voor stap aan.

Je loopt eerst mee met een ervaren collega. Pas wanneer jij er klaar voor bent, krijg je meer verantwoordelijkheid.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt minimaal over een diploma TSO. Een aanvullend graduaat of bachelor in een technische richting is een plus.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en initiatief.
  • Je hebt een mooie portie technisch inzicht.
  • Ervaring met CNC en rolbrug is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
