Wir suchen eine erfahrene CNC-Fachkraft, die ihre technische Kompetenz im Umgang mit modernsten Maschinen und digital gesteuerten Prozessen gezielt in der Vorfertigung einsetzt.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

* Programmieren und Bearbeitung komplexer Werkstücke

* Bedienen der CNC-Maschine Marke HOMAG (3 - 5 Achsen)

* Rüsten und Wartung der Maschine

* Zuschnitt und Verschweißung von Kunststoffplatten und Rohrkomponenten

* Optimierung von Bearbeitungsstrategien & Werkzeugauswahl

* Technische Mitarbeit bei Prozessverbesserung und Qualitätssteigerung

* Selbstständige Ausführung der erteilten Aufträge

* Maß- und Qualitätskontrolle

* Koordination von Vorfertigung und Arbeitsabläufen gemeinsam mit der Produktionsleitung

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

* Abgeschlossene Lehre in einem technischen Beruf oder abgeschlossene HTL im Bereich

Maschinenbau

* Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit CNC-Fräsmaschinen

* Gute Kenntnisse in WOODWOP 8.1, AutoCAD, DraftSight oder vergleichbaren Programmen

* Versierter Umgang mit MS Office

* Selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Staplerschein von Vorteil
