Als cnc-verspaner werk je in Nieuw-Tonge bij een technisch bedrijf dat zich richt op hoogwaardige verspaning. Heb jij twee rechterhanden en ben je een echte allrounder? Dan is de functie draaier/frezer echt iets voor jou! Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit? Je trekt je overall aan en pakt in de kantine nog een lekker bakkie, daarna overleg je met je collega’s wat er allemaal op de planning staat. Vanaf tekening lees je wat er gemaakt moet worden en je pakt het materiaal dat nodig is. Vervolgens stel je de machine in en controleer je de kwaliteit van het product. Geen order is hetzelfde en maatwerk staat voorop. Spoedklus? Geen probleem, daar draai jij je hand niet voor om! Zelfstandig draaien en frezen met de hand; Het instellen van diverse machines, zoals Haas; Tekeningen lezen en omzetten naar uitvoerbare producten; CAD/CAM programmeren en inladen; Zorgdragen voor kwaliteitscontrole van de producten. Salaris tussen €3.200,- en €4.100,- bruto per maand; 25 verlofdagen en 13 ATV-dagen per jaar; Vast of tijdelijk contract afhankelijk van de samenwerking; Mogelijkheid tot volgen van cursussen en opleidingen; Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen het bedrijf; Een informele werksfeer met ruimte voor eigen inbreng. Je hebt een passie voor techniek en weet van aanpakken. Met jouw nauwkeurigheid en flexibiliteit kun je snel inspelen op veranderingen. Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar kunt ook goed samenwerken met collega’s. Ervaring met draaien en frezen; MBO-diploma of werk- en denkniveau in verspaning; Ervaring met tekening lezen en CAD/CAM; Kennis en ervaring met Haas machines. Wij zijn VNOM. De club van doeners.
