HELLMERICH ist Teil der HIRSCH Servo Gruppe und entwickelt und produziert hochgenaue Ausrüstung für Werkzeugmaschinen. Unsere Produkte sind weltweit in der Zerspanung von Serienteilen für Automobil- und Nutzfahrzeuge im Einsatz und leisten einen relevanten Beitrag zur Reduktion des CO2-Fußabdrucks.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Seeboden suchen wir 1 CNC-Zerspanungstechniker Drehen (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben:

* Selbstständiges Rüsten, Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Drehmaschinen

* Eigenständiges Erstellen und Optimieren von CNC-Programmen direkt an der Maschine

* Fertigung präziser Einzelteile und Kleinserien nach technischen Zeichnungen

* Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und laufende Prozessüberwachung

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Zerspanungs- oder Metalltechnik)

* Erfahrung im CNC-Drehen sowie in der eigenständigen Programmierung

* Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Messmitteln

* Qualitätsbewusstsein, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Teamgeist

* Bereitschaft zum 2-Schicht-Betrieb

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse zur Kommunikation im Team
