12 oktober 2026 Co-begeleider Ben jij op zoek naar een baan in de zorg, maar heb je nog geen ervaring en/of opleiding? Dan is dit de ideale baan bij de leukste zorgorganisatie voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. Je gaat werken op Lambertijnenhof 214-216 in Bergen op Zoom. We zoeken een co-begeleider die tot ons team komt versterken. De werktijden zijn van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 7.30 tot 10.30 uur. We nodigen je uit om ook te reageren als je niet alle dagen beschikbaar bent. We kunnen een combinatie maken van meerdere co-begeleiders. Wat ga je doen? Je helpt de begeleider met huishoudelijke taken. Denk hierbij aan het schoonmaken van de keuken, woonkamer en slaapkamers. Daarnaast zorg je voor een fijne sfeer in de woning. Een kop koffie of thee, een praatje maken, een spelletje doen, een liedje zingen. Dit is fijn voor de bewoners en het zorgt ervoor dat jij met een voldaan gevoel naar huis gaat! Wie ben jij? - Je voelt je verbonden met mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. - Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt initiatief. - Je houdt van een opgeruimde woning. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal ruim voldoende. - Je werkt goed samen met collega's.
