Als coördinatiejurist bij de DBRC werk je mee aan uniforme en kwaliteitsvolle bestuursrechtspraak. Je onderzoekt complexe juridische vraagstukken, brengt rechtspraak en perspectieven samen en adviseert over beleidslijnen. Je combineert diepgaand juridisch onderzoek met overleg, advies en kennisdeling.Zo draag je bij aan toonaangevende rechtspraak met een directe maatschappelijke impact.

Je werkt samen met ervaren collega’s en krijgt volop ruimte om je expertise verder te ontwikkelen.

  • Je hebt een Belgisch masterdiploma in de rechten.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van of een eerste professionele ervaring met het Vlaams bestuursrecht en het bestuursprocesrecht.EN Je hebt basiskennis van of minstens een aantoonbare interesse voor het omgevingsrecht (m.i.v. het ruimtelijke ordeningsrecht, het milieurecht en het onteigeningsrecht)
  • Je hebt affiniteit met of interesse in het voeren van juridisch onderzoek. Je hebt bijvoorbeeld onder meer al publicaties gepleegd of deze zijn in voorbereiding in het bestuurs(proces)recht en/of de andere takken van het bijzonder bestuursrecht waarvoor de DBRC-bestuursrechtscolleges bevoegd zijn (omgevingsrecht, bestuurlijk handhavingsrecht, onderwijsrecht, enz).
