Je beweegt gemakkelijk tussen inwoners, ervaringsdeskundigen en samenwerkingspartners en weet ook in complexe situaties overzicht en verbinding te creëren. Precies daarom is deze functie bij OCO Almere interessant. OCO Almere (Onafhankelijke Clientondersteuning) ondersteunt inwoners die de weg zoeken of vastlopen binnen het sociaal domein. Onze ervaringsdeskundigen ondersteunen inwoners bij gesprekken met de gemeente en zorgorganisaties, met als doel passende ondersteuning te realiseren en de eigen regie te versterken. OCO Almere is onderdeel van het programma Versterken van Inwoners van Stichting Flever en werkt in opdracht van de gemeente Almere, in nauwe samenwerking met convenantpartners en het netwerk in de stad. Wij zijn geen traditionele organisatie, maar een netwerk van betrokken mensen die werken vanuit de leefwereld van inwoners, met oog voor de complexiteit van systemen. Om ons team te versterken zoeken wij een Coördinator OCO Almere. Jouw rol Als coördinator ben je samen met je collega-coördinator verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse uitvoering van OCO Almere. Je bent geen manager op afstand, maar werkt actief mee in de praktijk. Je bent betrokken bij de intake, denkt mee over complexe casussen, begeleidt ervaringsdeskundigen en onderhoudt de samenwerking met partners in de stad. Daarbij beweeg je voortdurend tussen inhoud, mensen en systemen. Hoe wij werken Binnen OCO Almere werken we vanuit een duidelijke visie. We: - Werken als één team; - Nemen samen verantwoordelijkheid; - Spreken elkaar aan; - Houden de inwoner centraal; - Blijven scherp op onze rol. Er is geen hiërarchische verdeling.
