Geen dag is hetzelfde en jouw inzet maakt iedere dag verschil. Als coördinator ben jij de spil binnen het team en zorg je ervoor dat dagelijkse werkzaamheden soepel verlopen. Je houdt overzicht, stemt werkzaamheden af en ondersteunt collega's en monteurs waar nodig. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent, proactieve houding en vermogen om snel te schakelen, blijven de processen efficiënt lopen en worden uitdagingen tijdig opgelost. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Onderhouden van dagelijks contact met klanten en relaties; - Fungeren als schakel tussen klanten, accountmanagers en interne afdelingen; - Verwerken en beheren van verhuur- en verkooporders van aanvraag tot facturatie; - Coördineren van externe leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Bewaken van voortgang van opdrachten en zorgen voor tijdige leveringen en dienstverlening; - Signaleren van knelpunten en proactief zoeken naar passende oplossingen. Je werkt 32 tot 40 uur per week van 08.30 uur tot 17.00 uur.
