Ben je nauwkeurig, goed georganiseerd en niet bang om met mensen te praten? Bij Solutions zijn we op zoek naar een Coördinator die met energie en een glimlach zorgt voor onze uitzendkrachten - van planning en transport tot dagelijkse ondersteuning. Je krijgt daarbij de kans om echt het verschil te maken voor onze medewerkers en samen met je team te groeien. Jouw rol Werken als Coördinator is meer dan alleen roosters maken. Het is een verbindende rol - je staat dicht bij de mensen en dicht bij de klant. Je helpt hun dagelijkse uitdagingen op te lossen, zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers zich gesteund voelen en dat alles volgens plan verloopt. Je werkt nauw samen met recruitment, planning en administratie en hebt een directe invloed op hoe honderden mensen elke dag aan het werk gaan. Dit is een functie voor iemand die graag initiatief neemt, in actie komt en voldoening haalt uit zichtbare resultaten. Wat wij vragen - Goede beheersing van Engels en/of Nederlands (in woord en geschrift) - Beschikbaarheid van maandag tot en met zaterdag - Flexibiliteit, goede organisatorische vaardigheden en een positieve instelling - Openheid, empathie en gemak in het opbouwen van relaties - Ervaring is een pluspunt, maar belangrijker is je bereidheid om te leren - Teamspirit en het delen van successen - Woonachtig in de regio Zuid-Holland en in het bezit van een rijbewijs Wat wij bieden - Salaris tussen €2.600 en €3.000 bruto per maand (afhankelijk van ervaring) - Fulltime beschikbaarheid - Telefoon en laptop van de zaak - Mogelijkheden om door te groeien en jezelf te ontwikkelen - Een betrokken team met regelmatige borrels en teamuitjes - Een moderne kantooromgeving waar samenwerken centraal staat Over Solutions...
