- Verhalen uit de praktijk Coördinator Hoorn Word jij onze nieuwe collega? We zoeken een nieuwe coördinator (ZZP'er) voor de gemeente Hoorn. Onder het motto 'Opgroeien doen we samen', koppelt Buurtgezinnen gezinnen die wel wat steun kunnen gebruiken aan een stabiel gezin in de buurt. Zo krijgen kinderen wat extra liefde en aandacht en worden ouders ontlast. Dit voorkomt dat problemen verergeren en zorgt ervoor dat kinderen positief kunnen opgroeien in hun eigen gezin. Buurtgezinnen groeit en is nu actief in ruim 145 gemeenten. Binnen de gemeente Hoorn is Buurtgezinnen al ruim 4 jaar succesvol actief. Over de verlenging van de financiering wordt jaarlijks door de gemeente opnieuw een besluit genomen. In verband met de verschuiving van werkzaamheden van de huidige coördinator zoeken we voor deze gemeenten een nieuwe coördinator. Deze persoon is de contactpersoon voor de gezinnen, verwijzers en de gemeente. Voor het uitvoeren van de opdracht is in 2027 800 uur beschikbaar. Dit ga jij doen - Je koppelt gezinnen die hulp nodig hebben aan een warm en stabiel gezin in de buurt. - Je begeleidt de gezinnen en bent beschikbaar bij vragen en zorgen. - Je bent het gezicht van Buurtgezinnen in jouw gemeente en je onderneemt uiteenlopende activiteiten (online en offline) om Buurtgezinnen bekend te maken. Wat vragen we van jou? - Je hebt een groot inlevingsvermogen en kunt overweg met allerlei soorten mensen. - Je hebt een opleiding op tenminste hbo-niveau. - Je bent ondernemend en werkt als zzp'er. - Je woont in de gemeente Hoorn of directe omgeving. - Je vindt het leuk om het gezicht te zijn van Buurtgezinnen op social media en in real life. - Je ziet overal kansen en verbindt mensen met elkaar. - Je bent per 1 januari 2027 beschikbaar. - Werk dat niet als werk voelt, omdat het zoveel voldoening geeft. - Je wordt goed ingewerkt. - Met meer dan 150 enthousiaste bevlogen collega's, sta je er niet alleen voor. - Eenmaal per kwartaal is er...
