Bij AAB krijg je de ruimte om ideeën om te zetten in daadkrachtige oplossingen: je helpt collega's slimmer werken, verkent nieuwe toepassingen en zorgt dat digitale vernieuwing veilig en waardevol wordt ingevoerd. Wat doe je als Coördinator Digitale Innovatie bij AAB? Als Coördinator Digitale Innovatie geef je richting aan de digitale ontwikkeling van AAB. Je werkt rechtstreeks onder verantwoordelijkheid van de directeur en schakelt nauw met directie, afdeling DIA (Data, Innovation & Analytics), het MT, collega's en externe experts. Je vertaalt kansen op het gebied van data, AI en digitalisering om naar praktische oplossingen die AAB slimmer en toekomstbestendiger maken. Zo stimuleer je het gebruik van tools zoals webapps en Microsoft Copilot en zorg je dat nieuwe toepassingen waardevol worden ingezet voor collega's én klanten. Jouw werkzaamheden als Coördinator Digitale Innovatie - Data en AI-gedreven innovatie; je werkt beleid uit op het gebied van datagebruik, AI-toepassingen en het veilig benutten van AI-modellen binnen AAB. - Nieuwe toepassingen ontwikkelen en integreren; je verkent en implementeert toepassingen met onder andere Copilot, Power BI, specifieke AI-modellen en webapps. - Adoptie en kennisdeling stimuleren; je helpt collega's digitale middelen goed, veilig en effectief te gebruiken en borgt kennis. - Samenwerken met experts en leveranciers; je verkent welke externe partijen AAB kunnen helpen om het gebruik van digitale innovaties naar een hoger niveau te brengen. - Functioneel beheer en applicaties; je werkt mee aan het IT- en beveiligingsbeleid, brengt wensen en requirements in kaart en beoordeelt en verbetert het gebruik van applicaties.
