Bij Strandcamping Groede draait alles om een fijne en zorgeloze ervaring voor onze gasten. Een nette en groenebuitenomgeving speelt daarin een belangrijke rol. Als Coördinator Groendienst zorg jij ervoor dat het groenonderhoudgoed wordt voorbereid, verdeeld, uitgevoerd en opgevolgd. Samen met je team draag je bij aan de uitstraling van onsterrein en aan een gastvrije omgeving waarin gasten zich welkom voelen. Als Coördinator Groendienst maak je onderdeel uit van de Facilitaire Dienst. Je rapporteert aan de Teamleider Facilitairen geeft leiding aan een team van circa 3 tot 4 medewerkers. Wat ga je doen?InIn deze functie combineer je aansturing, planning en uitvoering. Je houdt overzicht, denkt vooruit en weet wat erbuiten nodig is. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan het team Groendienst. Je verdeelt werkzaamheden, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgtdat het werk goed, veilig en op tijd wordt uitgevoerd.Je werkt zelf actief mee in de uitvoering van het groenonderhoud.Je maakt dag-, week- en jaarplanningen en zorgt dat mensen, materialen, machines en middelen op het juistemoment beschikbaar zijn.Je stelt een groenbeheerplan en jaarplanning op en zorgt voor de uitvoering van regulier en planmatiggroenonderhoud.Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en uitstraling van het terrein en signaleert verbeterpunten.Je houdt toezicht op het gebruik en onderhoud van machines, gereedschappen en materialen.Je signaleert onderhoudsbehoeften, operationele knelpunten en verbeterkansen.Je stemt werkzaamheden af met andere teams en onderhoudt contact met externe partijen, zoals hoveniers enleveranciers.Je geeft terugkoppeling a...
