Coördinator woongroep De Roef Amsterdam IJburg (10 uur) De Roef aug 23 (3) Ben jij een verbindende leider met hart voor mensen én oog voor samenwerking? Wil jij bijdragen aan een warme woonomgeving voor volwassenen met een verstandelijke beperking? Dan is deze functie als Coördinator bij De Roef iets voor jou! Wat ga je doen? Als coördinator draag je zorg voor de goede begeleiding van de bewoners. Dit betekent dat je leiding geeft aan het team van begeleiders. Heb je regelmatig overleg met het bestuur van De Roef, bestaande uit ouders, onderhoud je de contacten met de overige ouders en heb je een korte lijn met de directie van WoondroomZorg. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles rondom de begeleiding soepel verloopt, waarbij de bewoner altijd centraal staat. Concreet houd jij je bezig met: - Het zorgen voor een stabiele, inspirerende werkplek voor begeleiders door het team te coachen, verbinden en in hun kracht te zetten; - Het coördineren van dagelijkse gang van zaken binnen De Roef als geheel. Dit vraagt om creatief denken en een helicopterview; - Het zorgen, samen met je team, voor een veilige en prettige woonomgeving voor de bewoners; - Het werken in de driehoek bewoner - ouders - team . Vanuit deze samenwerking zorg je voor continuïteit en kwaliteit in de begeleiding. Je stelt steeds de vraag: Wat heeft de bewoner hieraan? - Het behartigen van de belangen van zowel bewoners en ouders, De Roef als geheel, team en de organisatie WoondroomZorg. En hierin zelfstandig kunnen bewegen en afwegingen kunnen maken. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Bij De Roef werk je op een warme en huiselijke woonlocatie waar acht bewoners met een (licht) verstandelijke beperking samen wonen. Iedere bewoner heeft een eigen kamer en verder beschikt de Roef nog over gezellige gezamenlijke ruimtes: de woonkeuken, de woonkamer en een ruim dakterras. Samen eten staat centraal bij De Roef. Iedere avond wordt er door een bewoner en begeleider gekookt en met de hele groep gegete...
