Wat moet je doen?

FOCUS:

  • Opvolgen van de werkzaamheden, toetsen aan kwaliteitsnormen
  • Heb je het vermogen om het grotere geheel te zien en productieprocessen doelgericht aan te sturen?
  • Aanspreekpunt verschillende afdelingen
  • Volledige aansturing van onze productieactiviteiten, van voorbewerking tot productie en conservering.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers beschikken over het juiste materiaal, dit correct gebruiken en dat veiligheidsvoorschriften strikt worden nageleefd. Orde en netheid is hierbij ook essentieel! Toezien op veiligheid, risico's, dragen PBM's, ...
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de productie en zorgt ervoor dat processen correct en consequent worden uitgevoerd. Tegelijk optimaliseer je continu de werking met oog op efficiëntie en kostenbeheersing.
  • Je bewaakt het overzicht over alle lopende projecten en stuurt bij waar nodig om deadlines, prioriteiten en kwaliteit te garanderen. Je vertaalt technische dossiers naar een concrete en haalbare aanpak en zorgt voor een efficiënte organisatie van mensen en middelen.
  • Je stelt de productieplanning / personeelsplanning op en stemt deze continu af met interne collega's, afdelingen, ...
  • Ondersteuning HR: opvolgen van uurregistratie en verlofplanning, het voeren van evaluatiegesprekken en het bewaken van structuur en discipline binnen het atelier.
  • Meedenken: initiatief in het verbeteren van processen en werkwijzen.
  • Het bewaken van projectparameters zoals tijdslimiet, budget, personeel, kwaliteit eindresultaat, onderhoud lasprocedures, opstellen documentatie, ...
  • + 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol
  • Bachelor in een technische richting
  • Metaalconstructies, bouwprojecten, complexe projecten... schrikken je niet af!
  • People manager
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en gedisciplineerd en begrijpt het belang van duidelijke processen en afspraken. Je bent daadkrachtig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Daarnaast ben je communicatief sterk en zorg je voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen verschillende afdelingen. Je denkt oplossingsgericht, blijft kalm onder druk en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Kennis laswerken, voorbewerking...
  • Jij gaat voor de best passende oplossing en de meest geschikte aanpak, altijd in teamverband
  • Je kan plan lezen en technische tekeningen interpreteren.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
  • Je hebt geen hoogtevrees.
  • Je bent bij voorkeur in het bezit van een VCA attest of je bent bereid om dit te behalen.
