In deze job als Coördinator Administratie in regio Leuven combineer je operationele betrokkenheid met een coördinerende rol. Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je geeft functionele aansturing aan collega's binnen het administratieve team en fungeert als schakel tussen het administratieve team en de directie.
  • Je coördineert de werkzaamheden, bewaakt prioriteiten en volgt afspraken en doelstellingen nauwgezet op.
  • Je werkt actief mee binnen de administratieve afdeling en verzekert een vlotte dagelijkse werking.
  • Je volgt de operationele werking, KPI's en projecten op en signaleert knelpunten waar nodig.
  • Je neemt initiatief om processen, samenwerking en digitalisering verder te verbeteren.

Voor deze job binnen Coördinator Administratie zoeken we een administratief sterke professional die het organisatorisch overzicht bewaart. Dit gecombineerd met een coördinerende en mensgerichte aanpak.

Jouw competenties:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordenkniveau.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een coördinerende job, bij voorkeur binnen een administratieve of dienstverlenende omgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met planningsprocessen, KPI-opvolging en werkt vlot met het MS Office-pakket.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent een rustige, collegiale persoonlijkheid die collega's op een positieve manier weet te stimuleren en verbinden.
