Heb jij een hart voor mensen en voor een veilige, leefbare gemeente? Als coördinator gemeenschapswachten

geef je op een mensgerichte manier leiding aan een team van gemeenschapswachten-vaststellers.

Je ondersteunt, motiveert en begeleidt je medewerkers in hun dagelijkse werking en zorgt tegelijk voor

duidelijke afspraken en een efficiënte organisatie. Je staat in voor de opmaak van de planning, coördineert de

inzet van het team en plant gerichte acties op het terrein. Daarbij vorm je de brug tussen de werking op het

terrein, de burgers en het gemeentebestuur. Je volgt signalen en overlastfenomenen op, speelt in op actuele

noden en zorgt voor een doordachte en flexibele aanpak.

In samenwerking met interne en externe partners werk je mee aan sensibiliserende, preventieve en

handhavende acties rond uiteenlopende vormen van overlast en leefbaarheidsvraagstukken. Je schakelt vlot

tussen organiseren, coördineren en het opvolgen van dossiers en bent telefonisch bereikbaar voor je team

buiten de reguliere werkuren indien nodig.

Jij maakt mee het verschil voor een veilige, kwaliteitsvolle en leefbare gemeente.

- Ofwel beschikken over een bachelorsdiploma of een daarmee gelijkgesteld diploma uit een relevante

afstudeerrichting

- Ofwel beschikken over minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring in preventie & veiligheid

- Beschikken over een rijbewijs B of deze behalen binnen één jaar na aanstelling
