Om in de top drie van Nederlandse trekpleisters te blijven, passen wij ons continu aan. Voor ons team zoeken wij een moderne Coördinator die verder kijkt dan de traditionele marktmeester en de brug slaat tussen veiligheid, gastvrijheid en beleving. Wat je gaat doen… Als Coördinator ben je, samen met jouw twee collega Coördinatoren primair verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de beleving van bezoekers van De Bazaar gedurende de openingsdagen. Dit betekent dat je op drie niveaus de kwaliteit te allen tijde moet verzekeren. Het eerste niveau bestaat uit de veiligheid, het gebied dient altijd veilig te zijn. Denk aan het op orde hebben van de noodverlichting, brandslangen, vrije nooduitgangen en loszittende tegels. Het tweede niveau van jouw werk bestaat uit het bewaken, controleren en handhaven van de naleving van de contractuele afspraken met ondernemers. Dit doe je door bijvoorbeeld op te treden tegen uitbouw, roken in de hallen en overlast. In het derde niveau werk je doelgericht aan het verhogen van de belevingswaarde van de bezoekers op jouw toegewezen winkelgebied. Door het stellen van heldere parameters, het maken van concrete plannen en het controleren op de uitkomst weet jij iedere week weer resultaat te boeken. Jij kijkt als Coördinator altijd kritisch naar je omgeving, hoe zorg jij ervoor dat mensen zich prettig voelen op ons terrein? Werkt alles, is de omgeving heel en schoon? Maar ook een aangename temperatuur, het volume van muziek of iemand die vergeten is de afzuigkap aan te zetten vallen jou op. Jouw dagindeling ...
