Coördinator Bar gezocht Zaterdag 30 mei De barcommissie van AV Fit zorgt ervoor dat we tijdens wedstrijden voorzien zijn van wat lekkers te eten en te drinken. Jaimy en Linda, ouders van jeugdatleet Frederique, verzorgen de coördinatie. Ze geven het stokje over aan een opvolger: wil jij dat zijn? De bar is open tijdens wedstrijden en evenementen: onze vier onderlinge wedstrijden (dinsdagen), onze clubkampioenschappen (outdoor) en als AV Fit competitiewedstrijden organisatie (meestal 2 per jaar). De barcommissie bestaat uit een groep vrijwilligers die tijdens deze evenementen de verkoop verzorgt. De taken van de coördinator bar zijn: - Planning: je zorgt ervoor dat de planning voor de leden van de barcommissie bekend is en dat er voldoende hulp is tijdens de evenementen. Daarbij wordt je ondersteund door het atletiekbestuur; - Inkoop: je zorgt ervoor dat de boodschappen gedaan zijn voor de verkoop en vrijwilligerslunches tijdens evenementen; - Administratie: samen met de penningmeester 'atletiek' zorg je voor de administratie en in- en verkopen. Je beheert de pinautomaat van Fit; - Tijdens wedstrijden ben je aanwezig om in de keuken, achter de bar en op de atletiekbaan een handje mee te helpen. Tijdsbesteding Tijdens de zeven wedstrijden ben jij aanwezig. De coördinatie en eventueel met de inkoop ben je enkele uren per wedstrijd bezig. De bar van AV Fit is alcoholvrij: een cursus sociale hygiëne is daarom niet noodzakelijk. Neem dan contact op met Jaimy of Linda (06 212 43045) of met Jasper via [email protected]
