Markiezenhof: Coördinator Bedrijfsvoering Het Markiezenhof in Bergen op Zoom zoekt een Coördinator Bedrijfsvoering voor 0,8 fte | Vacature voor een Betaalde functie, Parttime | Sluitingsdatum: 04-10-2026 In het hart van historisch Bergen op Zoom staat het mooiste en oudste stadspaleis van de Lage Landen: het Markiezenhof. Dit laatgotische rijksmonument uit de 15e eeuw ademt geschiedenis, cultuur en gastvrijheid. Ooit was het de residentie van de heren en markiezen van Bergen op Zoom; nu is het een bruisend museum, ontmoetingsplek en evenementenlocatie waar verleden en heden samenkomen. Met een bevlogen team van 26 professionals (19 fte) en ruim 60 vrijwilligers werken we dagelijks aan inspirerende tentoonstellingen, betekenisvolle publieksactiviteiten en een gastvrije ontvangst voor bijna 50.000 bezoekers, gasten en deelnemers per jaar, waarvan zo'n 25.000 museumbezoekers. In december 2025 heeft de gemeenteraad van Bergen op Zoom besloten het museum te verzelfstandigen en de activiteiten onder te brengen in een zelfstandige stichting met een raad van toezichtmodel per 1 juli 2026 genaamd stichting het Markiezenhof. Voor de afdeling Bedrijfsvoering zoeken we een: Coördinator Bedrijfsvoering 0,8 fte (28,8 uur per week) De functie in het kort Als coördinator Bedrijfsvoering ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van de ondersteunende en operationele processen binnen de organisatie. Je stuurt het team Bedrijfsvoering aan (15 mensen, ruim 11 fte) en zorgt ervoor dat financiën, HR, facilitair en ICT goed georganiseerd, betrouwbaar en toekomstbestendig functioneren. Samen met de Coördinator Collectie & Presentatie, de Coördinator Marketing & Sales en de directeur-bestuurder vorm je het managementteam van de organisatie.
