De functie inhoud Wat ga je dien als Coördinator Binnenvaart Transport:

  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met opdrachtgevers en schippers om transporten vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Je plant en bevracht binnenvaartschepen.
  • Je werkt offertes uit en volgt deze op tot en met de acceptatie van de opdracht.
  • Je stelt ladingdocumenten op en beheert deze correct.
  • Je onderhandelt mee over tarieven met binnenvaartondernemers.
  • Je bewaakt de klanttevredenheid en bouwt duurzame klantrelaties op.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte dagelijkse opvolging van orders en ladingen.
  • Je draagt bij aan een goede sfeer en samenwerking binnen het team.
